2017 was an amazing year for Bitglass. We hired an incredible team of A-players, built a global organization, grew the business 300% over the prior year, and added over 100 channel partners in order to scale and meet customer demand for our leading cloud access security broker (CASB).
Next week, we will host our 2018 kick-off event; this year, it’s called “Bitglass – Elevate.” It will set the three key tenets we will focus on to continue to build our business at the amazing rate we achieved in 2017. These are:
Elevate Our Customers
Bitglass is a customer-first company – we will do whatever it takes to ensure customer success. This year, we will introduce new customer-centric review processes that will continue to align our product offering and roadmap with customer needs.
Elevate Our Partners
In the first quarter of 2018, we will launch three strategic ecosystem partners that will further extend our customer reach. In so doing, we will also enhance our product’s interoperability and continue to simplify its deployment and ongoing operation. Additionally, we will launch online partner training to streamline our partner engagement and enable our global channel partners to thrive.
Elevate Our Team
Our company success depends on the efficacy and wellbeing of our people. This year, we will focus on training, mentoring, and developing our team. We will provide structured career and personnel development opportunities that will continue to make Bitglass a fantastic place to work as we grow at a phenomenal pace.
