Amazon hackers direct customers to Adult websites

Saira Khan, who sells organic skincare products on Amazon UK, stated that she was embarrassed by learning that hackers are directing her customers from Amazon to a German company that sells adult toys.

The 51-year old English Television personality stated that her website might also be vulnerable to cyber-attacks shortly and she doesn’t know exactly where to start when it comes to online security or ways to secure her digital business.

Saira, who hosts Loose Women, stated that some of her business partners informed her about her Amazon account hack after which she felt shuddered and disgraceful for what has happened.

Saira who is also known as a columnist for the Sunday Mirror disclosed that she doesn’t anymore treat Amazon as a safe and secure platform to sell products. Although, her account was disabled after contacting the support services of Amazon, Ms. Khan from Oxford is not sure when she could recuperate from the losses incurred from the cyber attack.

What’s surprising in this whole attack is the fact that as soon as the Amazon Page of Saira was taken down, her main website ‘Saira Skin’ was also attacked and began diverting the web traffic to the same S#@ Toy webpage from Germany.

Perhaps, the company from Germany might be paying the hackers to grab the attention of all website visitors of Saira.

Note- Often such hacks take place from website vulnerabilities that are exploited by hackers. So, web portal owners should take adequate Cybersecurity measures to prevent their WebPages from being hijacked.
