China sets SIM based tracking devices in UK Government cars

Surveillance is prevailing at its peak in China as it keeps a track of every move made by its populace in its provinces. But can you believe that the Xi Jinping-led nation also monitors senior politicians of Britain through a sim card?

Yes, what you have read is right! As politicians leading UK Parliament have slammed Beijing as a systemic threat to UK’s National Security.

Especially, after law enforcement found a tracking device transmitting data to Chinese servers through a china-based telecom provider’s SIM in Westminster, Central London.

A Forensic search conducted by the defense ministry recently found a SIM card embedded in a tracking device and sending location-based information and other data to china. The device was confirmed to be a tracking device enveloped in a parcel and developed in the federation of China.

So, all senior MPs have raised their voice against the surveillance and are urging the public using Chinese products to handle them with care, as they might be capable of gathering a pool of personal data

NOTE- Every developed country like the United States, the UK, China, Russia, and Iran has launched its own set of surveillance campaigns from 2012 and each has a different aim of spying on its populace n politicians, bureaucrats, and businesspersons of international fame. Most countries agree they indulge in breaching the privacy of others, all in the name of national security. While some keep such campaigns in the dark as they do not want any international attention and unnecessary sanctions pressure on their governance.
