Earlier this year, we announced our partnership with Puppet and became one of the first partners to join Puppet’s Technology Alliance Partner Program (TAPP) and to develop a Partner Approved module. Now, we are excited to share that the CloudPassage module for Puppet has achieved Partner Supported status!
The CloudPassage module for Puppet makes it easy for customers to integrate CloudPassage Halo into their existing security processes by automating the deployment, configuration, and management of the Halo agent. CloudPassage Halo ensures continuous security throughout the DevOps toolchain and gives enterprise customers peace of mind knowing that their applications are in compliance with their critical security standards.
To achieve Partner Supported status, Puppet requires modules to meet three critical thresholds: Puppet quality standards, regular updates and maintenance against Puppet releases, and support policies that align with Puppet Enterprise support.
We’re proud to have met all of these requirements and to be supporting some of Puppet’s newer features, like Puppet Tasks, a family of offerings that include an open source task runner as well as new task management capabilities included in Puppet Enterprise – and we’re not stopping there. Stay tuned for updates on how we are working together to deliver the best ‘virtuous cycle’ for security and compliance by not only automating the security posture of your workloads, but also providing fixes once vulnerabilities are detected.
