Cybersecurity firm acquires Cloud Security firm

Fidelis Cybersecurity firm has made it official that it is going to acquire cloud security firm CloudPassage for an undisclosed amount. Thus, the deal will enable the former to strengthen its stand in safeguarding endpoint networks to the core by detecting and responding to adversaries early in their attack cycles.

Technically CloudPassage is known to safeguard cloud networks from all variants of cyber threats and has been rendering its services to reputed companies serving finance, eCommerce, gaming, B2B, SaaS, healthcare, Biotech, and digital media.

As the future of Cloud adoption looks bright, enterprises will need to start thinking about investing in solutions that offer full-stack security to all kinds of cloud computing needs.

And this is where a unified solution formed with the integration of Fidelis XDR and CloudPassage technology will help enterprises in finding cloud vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations with ease.

Note- Despite the Corona Pandemic spread and global shut down, the Merger and Acquisition (M&A) deals in the United States totaled $634 billion, a 91.8% year-on-year growth. And trade analysts predict that the year 2021 will also witness no slowdown, as most of the big companies will go ahead with their plan of buying out new companies related to silicon innovations and collaboration software.
