Google Cloud partners with McAfee, Palo Alto Networks and Deloitte for advanced security

Google, the American Technology Giant and a business unit of Alphabet Inc has announced that it is extending its partnership with renowned companies like McAfee, Palo Alto Networks and Deloitte to offer their solutions on Google Cloud.

The objective of this partnership is to help its customers manage and deploy agent-less endpoint security and Cyber threat detection solutions without much effort.

“Such deep partnerships will help simplify the deployment and management of security partner products. For instance, McAfee’s endpoint security solution can be software deployed on any Virtual Machine which is needed in the policy”, said Vineet Bhan, the head of security partnerships, Google Cloud.

Furthermore, Exabeam has also announced the expansion of its SaaS Cloud Security Management platform onto Google Cloud. The idea is to integrate the cloud technology onto its Security Information and Event Management(SEIM) platform.

“As customers are showing a lot of interest in moving their critical workloads and apps onto the cloud, protecting these assets while on the move to the cloud is the need of the hour. And that is what Google-McAfee partnership means to all”, said Anand Ramanathan, VP of Product and Marketing.

Google has announced that its partnership with new partners will help its partners secure transformative changes for clients, which organizations these days are looking to prioritize.
