Tata Consultancy offers SaaS platform to detect software security vulnerabilities

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), an IT giant from India, has launched Software as a service (SaaS) platform for companies to protect their software libraries against cyber attacks occurring through software vulnerabilities. The service will be an automated model and will act as a remediation platform that is contextual; risk focused and will act as an effective vulnerability management program.

“The highlight of TCS Vulnerability Management Program is that it helps enterprises set vulnerability tolerance levels,” said a statement released by the Indian Tech company.

As the platform offers real-time insights to review and act on risk strategies, it will prove much helpful to C-Suite and Board level executives, TCS said.

It has to be notified over here that the said company has already proved its stance in Cybersecurity through cognitive threat management, identity, access management, governance, risk and compliance related plans, data privacy and protection, and digital forensics along with incident response and enterprise vulnerability management. The firm is also known to assist technology-based businesses like cloud storage and IoT with the latest offerings that help them thwart threats existing in the current cyber landscape.

Note- Headquartered in Mumbai and heading its workforce from the Chennai branch of India, the said multinational technology company is reportedly operating in over 149 locations and 46 countries. Founded in 1968 as an IT firm when computers were operating rarely in metro cities, Tata Consultancy has now reached the list of Forbes World’s most Innovative Companies by releasing innovative software products from time to time.
