Tesla Employee passes secret information to competitors

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has recently emailed his employees about a possible data sabotage and information leak done by one of his ex-employees which could malign the image of the company in the long run. He also felt paranoid about the recently occurred fire at the Tesla production factory in Fremont, California.

Business analysts feel that both the incidents could be a result of layoffs and a possible pressure to produce 5,000 Model 3s per week by July.

Musk specified in his email that the person has conducted extensive and damaging sabotage to the company operations by leaking codes of internal products and exporting data to outsiders.
It is not yet clear on where the data was exported, but musk admitted that it could be the work of one of the disgruntled employees who want to see the company’s demise benefiting the rivals.

Mentioning the second bizarre incident in his email, Elon Musk said that the small fire at the electric car production factory in California could be a pre-planned work of an ex-employee who wants to tarnish the image of Tesla in America and worldwide.

Note- From March this year, Tesla is under immense pressure to produce around 5,000 Model 3s per week which has to complete by the end of this month. The fire accident caused a disruption in production for almost 1 and half day which could surely affect the company from reaching its target.

Details of the employee who leaked the info are being kept under wraps.
